This is an invitation, for those of you who feel, to share some of the beautiful insights, revelations and experiences you have had as students and attendees of any of the affiliate member yoga schools of the Atman Federation, to be posted on this website.

The intention is to give a fair voice to all the good, inspiring, transformative experiences of the immense majority of students who are happily engaged in the classes and activities – and thus create a database of testimonies in our school, that each of our school in the world can benefit from.

If you wish, you can use the following questions as a frame for your testimonial, but also feel free to share in any way you would like about the concrete transformations, revelations and beneficial experiences you have had.

• What has transformed in you and in your life since you encountered the esoteric yoga school that you are a member of?
• How do you find the teachings applicable in your daily life?
• What do you appreciate the most about the esoteric yoga school that you attend?
• What 3 aspects from the teachings have taught / transformed you the most? And how do you see the results?

We believe that video format is most accessible these days, and so suggest to create a simple video recording of yourself, with your smartphone or camera. We recommend using the landscape format, with the phone tilted sideways. We also suggest to have a stable setup for recording and have a nice or neutral background. We are, however, happy to receive both written or video testimonials, short or long, so please use whichever medium works best for you.

Testimonials you have already given in other contexts are also welcome if you feel that you would like to share them also for this purpose and context.

When sending us your testimonials please include your name and, if you send a written document, also a photograph of yourself that you would like to be displayed alongside the text. As we would like to be sure that everyone is giving their explicit consent to contribute to this platform, we kindly ask that you also download, print, complete, and send a scanned image of the media release form available here.

We recommend to use a file transferring system such as swisstransfer.com and paste the download link in the Comment or Message field of the form below. Please also upload the signed media release form along with the testimonial file (either video or text) on swisstransfer.com.

We will also gladly receive your personal photos of spiritual practice and togetherness to contribute to our (future) photo gallery. In this case, written consent via the media release form will need to be given by all the people in the images.

Testimonials will be published gradually, we kindly ask to allow some time for this process to take place.
